Genesis – Reclaiming Our Power is a 1-week immersive workshop combining teachings, experiential practices, and body–mind integration to explore human origins, consciousness, and personal transformation.
We explore narratives of Earth’s early history and humanity’s origins as a framework for understanding human potential, consciousness, and self-empowerment.
Inner Work & Practices
This workshop integrates a holistic approach combining:
- Yoga sessions for embodiment, grounding, and energy flow
- Kundalini awareness and energy activation practices
- Guided inner exploration and reflective exercises
- Pineal gland-focused meditation and perception work
- Practical tools for integration, balance, and self-awareness
